eTER - 2020 Regulations

eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy 2020 Regulations


Art.1. DEFINITION AND ORGANIZATION

1.1 - The Tour European Rally Organiser will organise a new brand series named 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy. The series will be governed according to the International Sporting Code (ISC) and its appendixes, the FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations, the FIA E-Rally Regularity Cup Sporting Regulations, the National Regulations of the countries in which the Rallies are held, plus the present regulations.


Art.2. EVENTS CALENDAR

The events valid for the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy are:
- 20/22 March - 1. Tuscany Green Rally (Italy)
- 15/17 May - 1. Rally Region sud alternative Energy (France)
- 28/30 May - E-Rallye du Chablais (Switzerland - Tarmac)
- 03/05 September - Conxion Omloop van Vlaanderen (Belgium)
- 25/26 September - Transilvania Rally (Romania) *

Art.3. ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS

3.1 – Holders of an International license will be admitted to the eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy in accordance with the 2020 International Sporting Licenses Regulations.

3.2 - The eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy is reserved for vehicles able to

drive more than 200 Km in regularity stage.

3.3 - The eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy Trophy is reserved for vehicles able to drive less than 200 Km in regularity stage.


Art.4. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

4.1 - The 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy is reserved to: - Bio Gas (natural gas)

- E 85
- Biodiesel
- Others natural gas - Hybrid Plug In
- Electric vehicles
- Hydrogen

4.2 - Excludes all powered vehicles 100% Fossil Fuel.


Art.5. SERIES REGISTRATION AND SCORING REGULATIONS

5.1 – In the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy registration for the series and for the eTER Trophy will be free of charge, it will be possible to register until the posting of the official start list of each event.

5.2 – In the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy, there is no minimum number of participants required for any given eTER scheduled event.

5.3 – For the final standings, all results will be considered.
5.4 – In the event of two or more drivers being tied on points at any time during the season,

the driver having set the best time in most of stages will be considered as being the leader.

5.5 – Tyres must comply with FIA Regulations and the maximum number of tyres allowed will be specified in the supplementary regulations of each event.


Art.6. CLASSIFICATION – SCORES FOR EACH RALLY

6.1 - In each round, the competitors registered for the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy will score the following points according to their result in the events’ final classification for drivers registered in the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy:

1st - 30 Points
2nd - 24 Points
3rd - 21 Points
4th - 19 Points
5th - 17 Points
6th - 15 Points
7th - 13 Points
8th - 11 Points
9th - 9 Points
10th - 7 Points
11th - 5 Points
12th - 4 Points
13th - 3 Points
14th - 2 Points
15th - 1 Point

All the remaining competitors classified from 16th place (included) onwards will also get 1 (one) point.

* For rallies of more than 200 kilometers of regularity stage, points will be doubled.
* In the e-TER Trophy, the points awarded will be identical to the e-TER but
in no case will be doubled.

6.2 – Each competitor will receive additional 3 points at the third start in a 2020 eTER and eTER Trophy, 1 further point at the fourth, fifth and sixth start in a 2020 eTER or eTER Trophy, for a maximum of 6 points.

6.3 – In each event of the 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy, points will be awarded to the best two cars (of each kind) driven by competitors entered in the eTER and eTER Trophy, according to the series’points system.


Art.7. CLASSIFICATION IN THE SERIES

In each event of the eTER and eTER Trophy, a dedicated classification will be published comprising only the competitors registered for the series.

Art.8 – FINAL PRIZES

The 1st and 2nd driver of eTER and eTER Trophy classifications will be awarded the title of 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy champions and 2020 eTER - Tour European Rally Alternative Energy Trophy champions.
