eTER, a brand new series will start in 2020

Organisers and promoters of the TER – Tour European Rally announce officially that a new series called eTER, "Tour European Rally Alternative Energy" will start in 2020.
This series dedicated to Rallyes for new energy vehicles will benefit of the same conditions as the other series, TER and TER Historic.
