Sylvain Michel and Jérôme Degout in 2019 TER with a Skoda Fabia R5

A new French crew join the TER – Tour European Rally, Sylvain Michel co-drived by Jérôme Degout join the 2019 TER series, they will be at the start of the 54th Rallye Antibes Côte d’Azur with a Skoda Fabia R5.
Sylvain Michel started in rally in 2011. He is French Rally Champion in 2016 and became the youngest French Champion and in 2018 he won the title of French Rally Champion on dirt roads.
Jérôme Degout was 2014 French Rally Co-driver Champion on dirt roads then 2015 French Rally Co-driver Champion alongside Jean-Marie Cuoq. He also participated in several World Rally Championship rallies.
