Italian Aces lead the TER in Rally Città di Arezzo, Crete Senesi e Valtiberina

Paolo Andreucci - Rudy Briani driving a Škoda Fabia R5 with MRF Tyres were fastest on all three passes on the World Class stage of Alpe di Poti, to end day 1 with a 5.8" lead over the Hyundai i20 R5 of Umberto Scandola and Danilo Fappani with Pirelli rubber. Simone Campedelli and Gianfrancesco Rappa's VW Polo R5 complete the podium for MRF Tyres.

Nicolo Marchioro is fourth with a Škoda Fabia, Luca Hoelbling's Hyundai i20 in fifth leads a trio of Fabias driven by Jacopo Trevisani, Enrico Oldrati and Simone Romagna enclosed within 8 seconds.

Frenchman Guillaume Jean's VW Polo and Ecuadors' Martin Navas's Hyundai i20 complete the Top Ten ahead of Italian Tali and French Viana.

Local hero Stefano Marrini and Romanian Alexandru Filip are leaders respectively in the TER Production and TER 2WD classes.
