BREAKING: TER Historic category wins for Perroud and Trolliet in Rallye du Chablais

Perroud wins the battle with Lucky on the last special stage, while Trolliet takes a back-to-back gold on Swiss Alps

 

After two days of intense battles over seconds, Pascal Perroud and Quentin Marchand took their BMW M3 to TER Historic J1/J2 Category win on the mountain stages of Rallye du Chablais. In second place, the Lancia Delta Integrale of “Lucky” and Fabrizia Pons, while the third podium step went to another BMW M3 of series' newcomers Pascal Bachmann with Xavier Machet.

 

Back-to-back Chablais victory in TER Historic Pre81 for Guy Trolliet and Sébastien Moulin's Porsche 911 SC. Driving a Volkswagen 1302S, James Calvert and James O’Brien took silver ahead of TER Historic Ambassador and 2-time champions Tim Metcalfe and John Connor; caught out by the rain in the final stages of the opening day, they rejoined to climb on the final category podium step.
