TER press conference and TER Best Chef award

The TER promoter together with representatives of the events held a press conference on the start podium of Rali Vinho Madeira. Luca Grilli (TER Promoter and Organiser), Pedro Melvill de Araujo (Rali Vinho da Madeira), Andreas Aigner (Skoda Rallye Liezen), Christian Dubuis (Rallye international du Valais) and Roberto Sperandio (Italian Consul in Arad) introduced the Tour European Rally project and expalined the cooperation behind the new concept of rally series. 

After the press conference, the TER promoter invited the representatives, together with some of the top drivers (1 per each country entered in TER at Rali Vinho da Madeira) to prepare some of their typical food dishes. The members of the jury, amongst which were the President of the Regional Government of Madeira Miguel Albuquerque, the Regional Secretary of Economy, Tourism and Culture Eduardo Jesus, Pedro Melvill de Araujo and two tourists visiting Madeira during the Rally and some members of TER, then tasted the dishes and elected the winner: Local driver Alexandre Camacho was declared "TER Best Chef -Madeira 2016"
