Alexandru Filip wins the 2019 Tour European Rally 2WD Trophy

After a second place in the TER – Tour European Rally 2WD Trophy in 2017 Romanian Alexandru Filip on Renault Clio R3 leader of the TER 2WD Trophy should be  logically crowned  champion of the 2019 séries for the second consecutive year after 2018.
Their direct pursuers, Norman and Michaela Kreuter were unable to come to the Rallye International du Valais because their Citroën C3 R3T Max is not ready following the roll over that they made during the last edition of the Transilvania Rally.
