TER Historic to start in 2018

The promoters and organisers of the TER – Tour European Rally have announced today, at the Ypres Rally pre-rally press conference, the creation of a new series for 2018: the TER Historic.

A new independent series, reserved for historic cars, of 6-8 rounds, the events calendar will be announced later in the year.

The TER Historic will maintain the characteristics which make the TER successful, the blend between great rallies and outstandng tourism locations, and offer drivers a dedicated global media promotion and coverage.

Luca Grilli said: “I am delighted to announce this new series, which will continue the work we have done in the past years for the Tour European Rally. I hope that the drivers of historic cars will enjoy our concept, tailored for them”.
