2017 TER Runner-up Bernd Casier is back in the 2021 series.

Some very good news for the 2021 TER - Tour European Rally; Belgian Bernd Casier, codriven by Pieter Vyncke, 2nd in the 2017 TER behind Giandomenico Basso, will return to the Series.

Casier was in the fight throughout the 2017 season, won the TER classification in Ypres Rally and took 2nd place in Transilvania Rally, Rallye du Valais and Rallye Liezen.
The Belgian Crew will take part in the 2021 Tour European Rally with a Ford Fiesta R5 MKII.
