TER 2018 and 2019 2WD Champion Alexandru Filip backs in the 2021 TER for the 5th year in a row!

Romanian Alexandru Filip, winner of the 2018 and 2019 TER 2WD Trophy, continues to trust the Tour European Rally series and enters for 2021, his 5th year in a row.

Filip will be codriven by expert fellow Romanian Gabriel Lazar and will once again contest the TER 2WD Championship with a Renault Clio R3T.

During his maiden TER season, in 2017, Filip finished 4th in the 2WD Trophy, before securing back-to-back category titles in 2018 and 2019. He is also in contention for the 2020 title which, after the cancellation and postponement of many events, will be awarded at Rallye Antibes Côte d’Azur next October.
