The 2017 edition of Rally Transilvania, the opening round of the 2017 TER - Tour European Rally, will be presented in a press conference on Tuesday, April 4th at 11:00 local time (UTC +2) in the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca.
The Promoters and Organisers of the Tour European Rally will reveal some exciting news on the next season and the competitors who have entered the new concept of rally series.
